01
Context
Public healthcare is often experienced as a series of separate counters: registration, consultation, tests, pharmacy, follow-up — each with its own queue, paperwork and rules.
This concept explores how a unified digital experience could help patients move through those services as one journey rather than many disconnected ones.
02
The central question
What would it take for a patient to experience the health system as one service instead of ten?
