About
I'm interested in how things work, why they don't, and what else they could become.

Product Designer with a universal approach
Practising since 2019
I've been practising design since 2019, exploring the relationship between people, technology, behaviour, and the systems around us. My work focuses on interaction design, accessibility, and universal design — making experiences more understandable, usable, and inclusive across different abilities, contexts, and ways of thinking.

Story
How I got here, so far.
I've been practising design since 2019. I came to it through product design, where I learned to think about objects, materials and the people who hold them — and gradually moved towards interaction design, where the object is often a sequence of decisions rather than a thing.
Over time, my attention kept returning to the same gap: the difference between how a system is designed to work and how people actually experience it. That gap is where people hesitate, make workarounds, or quietly give up. It led me towards accessibility and universal design — not as a checklist, but as a way of asking who a design was really made for.
I like to begin by observing, then questioning, then making. I'm most interested in work that crosses between physical and digital experiences: wayfinding in buildings, services that span counters and screens, objects that respond to the body.

Now
What I'm exploring now
- 01
Inclusive AI
Who can access, understand and correct AI systems — and who is left out.
- 02
Mental models and cognitive accessibility
How people predict what a system will do, and what happens when they can't.
- 03
Interaction design for complex systems
Making many moving parts feel like one understandable thing.
- 04
Accessible physical and digital environments
Where buildings, objects and screens meet.
- 05
Speculative design and human experience
Using objects and installations to ask questions rather than answer them.
